We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cutted. Since hair wigs are a hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange For Synthetic wigs,human wigs all are customed wigs,if return need charge about 10% restore fee,not support exchange,you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package,Now check for more details of return process below..
Cancellation Policy
All order information can be freely changed or cancel within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing more 12 hours, we will NOT be able to cancel,human wigs cancel will charge 10%custom fee
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service with details and photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
