Milawigs.com aims to provide our customers with premium hair wigs at reasonable prices and the best service. We understand that choosing the right wig online can be a bit difficult, so we accept returns to provide our customers with premium hair wigs at reasonable prices and exchange them for special occasions. Below is our Return and exchange policy.
We are more than happy to accommodate exchanges & returns of the wigs that have NOT been washed, tampered, altered and the lace have NOT been cutted. Since hair wigs are a hygienic products. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW used items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
We offer ONE TIME return and exchange For Synthetic wigs,human wigs all are customed wigs,if return need charge about 10% restore fee,not support exchange,you need to contact with us within 30 days when you receive our package,Now check for more details of return process below..
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1
Please get in touch with our customer service within 24 hours after you receive your package via email at service@milawigs.com to explain the reason for the return/exchange.
Step 2
Our customer service will process your return/exchange request within 2-5 working days. After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will let you take some photos to check if the original conditions
Step 3
Please ship (You are also responsible for the return shipping charge, which is about $5-$10 for U.S. Customers) the returned wig back to the USA address we give to you, including a paper with your order ID and name (that we can know who you are).
We only accept the return package with our Return Authorization.
Please email us the tracking number to service@milawigs.com after shipping out your returned package. if no tracking number we can not check if get your wig and refund in time,for so many packages can not be checked by name
Please ship out your returned package within the next three days after getting our authorization.
Step 4
After receiving the returned package, we'll arrange the refund within 3-4 working days if you just request return.
Please note that we will refund your money to your PayPal account. If your payment is longer than 3 months, PayPal might charge a small amount of your refund as a handling fee, which is out of our control.
Exchange Policy
Regarding exchange, steps 1-3 are the same as the Return Rule, but you need to tell us what wig you want to exchange. You will be charged $20 for the second shipping fee.
Cancellation Policy
All order information can be freely changed or canceled within 12 hours once placing the order. If your order is already processing more than 12 hours, we will NOT be able to cancel; human wigs cancellation will charge 10%custom fee
