At Mila Wigs, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Wigs that have been worn, styled, cut, or altered
- Items damaged by misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
