Orders can only be changed within 12 hours after placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

1. The order can be canceled within 12 hours after placing your order.

2. The order will be deducted 10% re-stocking fee after 12 hours when the unit is in processed.

3. Please note that once the order has been shipped out, it can no longer be canceled.

Return Policy

As we only sell new, quality products , syntehtic wigs are free return ,human wigs return will be deducted a 10% re-stocking fee (human wigs all custom as you choose).if we send wrong or damaged items not will charge.

1. Items returned within 14  days of receiving your original order will be eligible for a refund if it has evident manufacturing defect, please  cantact us, our customer service will reply to you as soon as possible.

2. Items must be returned in original, factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached in original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.

3. Please notice that if you wish to return any or all parts of your order, you will need to contact customer service firstly, you can send the items back after their confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment account. Buyer needs to pay for the return shipping fee(about $5-$10 for U.S. Customers,not use fast expensive shipping). 

4. After the return request has been authorized, the wigs can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.

STEPS

1.please Send a mail to service@milawigs.com and Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. with your order number can fast check and help.

2,Please make sure the wig lace not been cut first, and offer the pictures to let us confirm.

3.when we confirm just write your name and order number on paper in the package and Arrange your package at the local post office (not suggest to choose DHL ,FeDex or Ups, choose cheapest method to ship ).You are responsible for the return shipping charge which is about $10 for U.S. customers.

4. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process issue a refund to your account in accordance to our return conditions.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or Mediation will be process instantly from Milawigs account. However, it may take 3-6 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
